Our weekly menus aim to include a variety of recipes and are real meals! I’m no gourmet chef so I like recipes that I can actually make with real ingredients – not something that I can’t even pronounce! We’ll have some good old fashioned meals like the stew Grandma used to make & some recipes that will be new but tasty & easy to make!
We’ll include meat, fish & veg dishes that will include at least one of your 5 a day.
We will also make meals to fit with the season so there won’t be any salads in December!
The menus are easy to follow & if a meal doesn’t suit you that night, swap it about to suit your needs. We know you’re busy!
We also include a substitute meal each week in case you don’t like something off the menu.
